Practice boundaries and terms
Updated 11 August 20261. Who the practice is for
This one-to-one practice is for adult men who want to look calmly and more precisely at their state, relationships, decisions, inner pressure, or recurring reactions. You may come to a first session without a clearly defined problem.
It is not psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, medical treatment, a coaching programme, or mentoring. I do not diagnose, provide treatment, or promise a particular outcome. If I believe another kind of professional support is needed, I will say so directly.
2. How a session works
One session lasts 75 minutes and costs €75. We meet in person in Vilnius or online, in Lithuanian or English. We agree on the exact location, time, payment method, and other practical details before the session.
We begin with what prompted you to reach out. You may speak at your own pace, pause, remain silent, disagree, or change the subject. If I suggest breathing, attention to the body, imagery, or another experiential method, I explain its purpose. Participation is optional and you may stop at any time.
There is no obligation to continue after the first session. If it seems useful to both of us and you want to return, we arrange another session separately.
3. Confidentiality and notes
I treat your identity and the content of the session as confidential and do not share them without your consent. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or there is a clear and immediate risk to your safety or someone else’s.
I do not record sessions without your separate, explicit consent. If I make limited notes to support continuity, I keep only what is necessary and do not use it in public content, training, or testimonials without separate permission.
4. Communication between sessions
Email, the contact form, and social networks are for first contact, scheduling, and other practical matters. They are not ongoing emotional, medical, or emergency support. I usually reply to an enquiry within two working days.
A few general sentences are enough in the initial message. It is better not to send detailed health information, diagnoses, traumatic events, or other sensitive information; if relevant, we can discuss it more safely during the session.
5. Cancellation and payment
If you cannot attend, please tell me at least 24 hours in advance. Any payment terms for a later cancellation or non-attendance are agreed clearly before the session. If I need to reschedule because of unforeseen circumstances, I offer another time or refund any payment received.
There is no subscription or automatic commitment to continue. Each further session is arranged separately.
6. When other support is needed
This practice is not suitable as primary support where there is suicide risk, an intention to harm yourself or someone else, psychosis or another severe state, active addiction, withdrawal, violence, or a situation requiring medical treatment. In those cases, contact a doctor, mental-health professional, or crisis service.
If there is immediate danger to life or safety in Lithuania, call 112. If you are elsewhere, use the local emergency number or crisis service. Lithuanian emergency service · Support options in Lithuania
7. Questions and disagreements
If anything in a session or arrangement raises concern, say so directly. We can pause, clarify a boundary, change the way we work, or decide not to continue. For practical, privacy, or other questions, write to hello@ksadauskas.com.
